Matric Certification with a Double Diploma in Health (Multipurpose Multipurpose PHC EPI) from a training center presented by the Faculty of Medical & Allied Knowledges.
It should be developed between 18 and 30 easy.
Previous public service prospects will provide the NOC of the department concerned during the consultation process.
