For General Banking Officer, vacancies are available in Abbottabad, Bannu, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Gwadar, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K., Rawalakot A.K., Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Swat, and Vehari.
For Processing Officer, postings are available in Bahawalpur, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Sukkur.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a minimum Graduation or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognised local or international university. For the Processing Officer, candidates holding a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised institution will be given preference. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with one year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.

Age Limit

For the post of General Banking Officer, the maximum age limit is 27 years, while for the Processing Officer, the maximum age limit is 26 years as of the closing date of the application.

Job Responsibilities

General Banking Officers will be responsible for managing front-office and back-office banking operations, handling customer transactions, account opening and maintenance, remittances, clearing, ATM cash settlements, term deposits, and ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Processing Officers will handle sales processing, loan documentation, database management, MIS reporting, portfolio monitoring, compliance with SBP and SECP regulations, product reviews, and preparation of reports while supporting branch and line management in achieving business targets.

Skills and Competencies

Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good customer service orientation, ability to work as a team player, and proficiency in MS Office applications. For a Processing Officer, expertise in data management, analysis, and MIS reporting is highly desirable.

Contract Duration

Both positions are offered on a contractual basis for three (03) years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the management. Selected candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum of three years, and no transfer request will be entertained during this period.
