ASF Roll Number Slips have been released for the recruitment process. Candidates can download and print their roll number slips from the official website before appearing in the test. Applicants are advised to carefully check all details mentioned on the roll number slip, including test date, reporting time, and test center.
The physical test will be conducted only for the following posts: Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), Corporal, and Corporal Driver. Candidates applying for these posts must ensure that they meet the required physical standards and prepare accordingly.
Candidates who applied for all other posts should note that no physical test will be conducted for them. They will only appear in a Basic Medical Examination.
The basic medical examination typically includes weight measurements, an eyesight check, and a general health assessment.
Required documents include the Roll Number Slip and the original CNIC. Candidates must reach the test center on time. Physical test candidates should wear proper sports shoes and a suitable dress. Failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification.
Physical test is applicable only for ASI, Corporal, and Corporal Driver. All other candidates will appear only in the basic medical examination. Candidates are advised to stay connected with the official website for further updates.

Males: Running 1.6 km in 7 minutes 30 seconds
Females: Running 1.6 km in 10 minutes
Males’ Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Females’ Height: 5 feet 2 inches
Chest: 32½ inches (normal) and 34½ inches (expanded)
Push-Ups: 22 in 2 minutes
Sit-Ups: 22 in 2 minutes
Weight: Minimum 48 kg and maximum according to BMI
