The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has announced multiple job opportunities for qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professionals for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. These positions are purely project-based and are intended to support the HRD Department in the effective implementation of the scholarship program. Available Positions

PHEC is hiring for a range of technical and media-related positions, including Web Developer, Software Developer (IT / Infrastructure / UI-UX / Mobile Application Development / Web Application Development), Network Administrator, IT Assistant, Graphic Designer, Social Media Executive, Video Editor / Animator, and Cameraman. Each post carries a specific project pay scale (PPS-6 to PPS-9) with competitive monthly salaries as mentioned in the official advertisement.

Salary Package

The offered salary packages range from Rs. 125,000 to Rs. 375,000 per month, depending on the post and pay scale. Senior technical positions under PPS-9 carry a monthly salary of Rs. 375,000, while PPS-7 positions offer Rs. 175,000 per month. The Cameraman position under PPS-6 carries a monthly salary of Rs. 125,000.

Job Nature and Conditions

These vacancies are post-specific, non-transferable, and purely on a project basis under a development scheme. Detailed job descriptions and eligibility criteria for each post are available on the official PHEC website. Only candidates meeting the prescribed criteria will be considered.

Application Fee

Applicants are required to submit an application processing fee payable to the Punjab Higher Education Commission. For positions listed at serial numbers 1 to 7, the fee is Rs. 1,000, while for positions at serial numbers 8 to 12, the fee is Rs. 500. Applications will only be entertained after receiving a valid Bank Draft, Pay Order, Digital Bank Transfer, or Deposit Slip as specified.

Important Dates

The last date to submit the online application is 11 February 2026. The hard copy of the application form must reach by 12 February 2026, up to 05:00 PM. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
