Qualification and Experience
Teaching positions require Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in relevant subjects, preferably from internationally recognized or on-campus universities, along with 5 or more years of teaching experience in IGCSE / A-Level (CAIE) systems. Candidates must demonstrate excellent English proficiency, preferably IELTS 7.0 or above, while Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage.
Senior academic and leadership roles such as Section Head Senior and Head of DACE require Master’s degrees in Education or subject specialization, CAIE certifications, and significant experience in international school leadership, curriculum coordination, examination design, and assessment systems.
Technical roles such as Computer Instructor require strong expertise in programming (Python, Java, SQL), PHP/Python development, Linux, networking (Cisco/MikroTik), CCTV, LMS/SMS systems, and experience in educational environments. Knowledge of AI, ML, and robotics will be considered a plus.
Administrative roles require Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields, with strong experience in school administration, inventory, purchase management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
The Discipline In-Charge position is open for retired personnel from the Pakistan Armed Forces, with a minimum FA/FSc qualification, relevant experience, physical fitness, and basic English/Arabic knowledge.
Age Limit
The preferred age range for most teaching and academic posts is 30 to 45 years, while senior leadership and administrative positions allow 35 to 50 years, depending on the role.
